How to track a C.H. Robinson shipment

What is a Navisphere tracking number?
It is the tracking number C.H. Robinson gives shippers for each order, a 15-character code of letters and digits. It appears in C.H. Robinson's shipment emails and in the Navisphere tracking link, and it is the easiest number to track with.
Can I track a C.H. Robinson shipment with an order or load number?
Yes. Choose "C.H. Robinson order number" for the number on your order confirmation, or "Load number" for the number on the load and carrier paperwork. All three reference types return the same shipment.
Why is my C.H. Robinson shipment not found?
Check the number and the reference type first. C.H. Robinson also keeps tracking events for a limited time, so a shipment that was delivered several months ago may no longer show, even with the right number.
Does C.H. Robinson tracking show where the truck is?
Yes, for many loads the carrier sends a position update about every 10 minutes while the truck is moving. This page shows each update as the city and state the truck was near; exact GPS coordinates are not shown.
Who actually moves my freight?
C.H. Robinson arranges the shipment and a carrier hauls it. Once a carrier accepts the load ("Carrier assigned"), its name and SCAC code appear on the result.
What time zone are C.H. Robinson tracking times in?
All times on this page are UTC, the way C.H. Robinson reports them. Subtract 4 or 5 hours for US Eastern time, depending on daylight saving time.
What does "Pickup appointment set" mean?
A pickup or delivery time window was scheduled with the shipping or receiving location. The appointment window is shown above the timeline until the shipment is delivered.
