How to track a Flock Freight shipment
- Find the fulfillment option number or quote number on the shipment in your Flock Freight account at app.flockfreight.com.
- Choose the reference type that matches the number you have.
- Enter the number and select Track. Spaces before or after the number are ignored, and letters can be upper or lower case.
- Read the status, the appointments and the timeline, newest first. Bookmark the result page to check again later.

Flock Freight tracking stages explained
| Step | Stage | What it means |

| 01 | Ordered | Flock Freight has the order and is arranging a truck. |

Flock Freight tracking updates

Track Flock Freight shipments from your code
The same lookup is available as JSON through the FreightAPIs API on the Starter plan and up, with one status scale and event history shared by every carrier we track. One call per lookup; calls that cannot reach Flock Freight are not charged.

Which number do I use to track a Flock Freight shipment?
Use the fulfillment option number from your Flock Freight order, in the form ABC-1234-DE, or the quote number it came from, in the form ABC-1234. Both return the same shipment.
Where do I find my Flock Freight quote or fulfillment number?
Both are shown on the shipment in your Flock Freight account at app.flockfreight.com. The fulfillment option number is the quote number with a two-letter suffix, for example ABC-1234 and ABC-1234-DE.
Why is my Flock Freight shipment not found?
Check that you entered a quote or fulfillment option number rather than a PO or bill of lading number, and that the reference type matches it. Flock Freight tracks shipments by those two numbers only.
Does Flock Freight tracking show where the truck is?
Yes. While the freight is moving, Flock Freight sends position updates. This page shows each one as the city and state the truck was in, and folds repeated updates from the same city into one line. Exact coordinates are not shown.
What is the difference between an estimate and an appointment?
An estimate is when Flock Freight expects the truck to reach the pickup or delivery facility. An appointment is a time slot agreed with that facility. Both are shown when Flock Freight has them.
What does "Delayed" or "Delivery missed" mean?
These updates are reported on LTL shipments when the freight runs late or a planned pickup, departure or delivery did not happen. They appear as a notice above the timeline.
What time zone are Flock Freight times in?
Each time is shown in the time zone Flock Freight reports with it, labelled with its abbreviation, for example EDT.
Is this Flock Freight tracking tool free?
Yes. Tracking is free and needs no account or sign-up. Facility names, street addresses, PO numbers and remarks are not shown.
