R+L Carriers tracking - FAQ

How do I track an R+L Carriers shipment?

Choose PRO number, bill of lading or PO number, enter the number and select Track. The page shows the status, the route, the pickup date, the estimated or actual delivery, any delivery appointment and every status update.

What does an R+L PRO number look like?

R+L PRO numbers are usually a letter followed by 9 digits, for example I875682972. The PRO is on the PRO label on your freight, your bill of lading and the R+L freight bill.

Can I track R+L by bill of lading or PO number?

Yes. Choose Bill of lading or PO number in the list before you enter the number. A PRO number gives the most reliable result.

Why is my R+L shipment not found?

Check the number, and that the matching type is selected: a BOL entered as a PRO number, or the other way round, will not be found. A shipment picked up very recently may not be in the system yet; try again a little later.

What is the R+L estimated delivery date?

It is the date R+L expects to deliver, based on the service and the lanes between terminals. It is replaced by the actual delivery date and time once the freight is delivered.

What time zone are R+L tracking times in?

Times are shown as R+L records them, which is the local time of the R+L terminal or location for each update.

Is this R+L tracking tool free?

Yes. Tracking is free and needs no account or sign-up. Shipper and consignee names, addresses, reference numbers and the name of the person who signed for the freight are not shown.
