Roadrunner Freight tracking - FAQ
How do I track a Roadrunner Freight shipment?
Enter the Roadrunner PRO number or pickup number and select Track. The page shows the current stage, the route, the projected or actual delivery and every terminal scan.
Which numbers can I track Roadrunner with?
The PRO number works best. The pickup number from your pickup confirmation works too. Enter either in the same box; Roadrunner works out which kind it is.
What is RRTS?
RRTS is Roadrunner Transportation Systems, the company behind Roadrunner Freight, a US long-haul LTL carrier. Its PRO numbers are 9 digits.
Why is my Roadrunner shipment not found?
Check the number for typos, and that it is the PRO or pickup number rather than a bill of lading or PO number. A pickup requested a few minutes ago may not be in the system yet; try again a little later, or use the PRO number once Roadrunner has assigned it.
What do "Trailer closed" and "Trailer dispatched" mean?
Trailer closed means the trailer with your freight is loaded and ready to leave the terminal. Trailer dispatched means it has left for the next terminal, which the scan names; "Arrived" and "Unloaded" follow at that terminal.
What time zone are Roadrunner tracking times in?
Each scan time is the local time at the Roadrunner terminal that recorded it.
Is this Roadrunner tracking tool free?
Yes. Tracking is free and needs no account or sign-up. Shipper and consignee names, addresses, delivery instructions, reference numbers and the signer's name are not shown.
