Total Transportation tracking - FAQ
How do I track a Total Transportation shipment?
Enter the Total Transportation PRO number and select Track. The page shows the current status, the origin and destination terminals, the pickup and delivery times and every scan from the pickup request to delivery.
What is Total Transportation & Distribution?
Total Transportation & Distribution (TTD) is a West Coast LTL carrier. Its shipments are tracked here by the PRO number it assigns.
What is a Total Transportation PRO number?
It is the tracking number Total Transportation assigns to an LTL shipment. It is on the PRO label on your freight, your bill of lading and the freight bill.
Why is my Total Transportation PRO number not found?
Check that you entered the PRO number rather than a bill of lading, PO or quote number, and that there are no typos. A shipment booked very recently may not have its PRO number in the system yet.
What does "Manifested" or "Trailer Departed" mean?
Manifested means the freight is listed on a trailer manifest for its next move. Trailer Departed means that trailer has left for the next terminal; Trailer Arrived and Scanned On Dock follow when it gets there.
What time zone are Total Transportation scan times in?
Each scan time is the local time of the terminal or location that recorded it.
Is this Total Transportation tracking tool free?
Yes. Tracking is free and needs no account or sign-up. Shipper and consignee names, addresses, the signer's name and document images are not shown.
