- Bookmark the result page to check again later.

Track TQL shipments from your code
The same lookup is available as JSON through the FreightAPIs API on the Starter plan and up, with one status scale and event history shared by every carrier we track. One call per lookup; calls that cannot reach TQL are not charged.

TQL tracking - FAQ
How do I track a TQL shipment?
Enter the TQL PO number from your load confirmation or booking email, or the TQL LTL BOL number, and select Track. The page shows the status, the route from first pickup to last drop and every check call with its location.
What is a TQL PO number?
It is the number TQL (Total Quality Logistics) assigns to each load when it is booked, shown on the load confirmation and in TRAX. For LTL shipments booked through TQL, the TQL LTL BOL number works too.
Can I track TQL truckload and LTL shipments?
Yes. TQL tracking covers every TQL shipment, truckload and LTL alike, by its PO or BOL number.
Why is my TQL shipment not found?
Check the number first. TQL tracks a shipment for 30 days only, and returns tracking only for shipments on the account this tool uses, so an older load or one booked under a different TQL customer account will not be found here; use TQL TRAX or ask your TQL account representative for those.
Why can't I track an older TQL shipment?
TQL keeps tracking available for 30 days only. After that, the PO or BOL number returns "over 30 days old" and can no longer be tracked here or through TQL's API; ask your TQL account representative for the delivery details.
What is a check call?
A check call is a location update on a load in transit, logged by TQL or the carrier hauling the freight. Each one shows the city and state where the truck was at that time.
What time zone are TQL tracking times in?
TQL records every time in UTC-5, the same offset all year with no daylight saving change. That is Eastern Standard Time in winter and one hour behind Eastern Daylight Time in summer.
Is this TQL tracking tool free?
Yes. Tracking is free and needs no account or sign-up. Exact GPS coordinates, ZIP codes and free-text remarks are not shown.
