Uber Freight tracking - FAQ
How do I track an Uber Freight load?
Choose Load ID, BOL number, ship ID or primary reference, enter the number and select Track. The page shows the latest status of the load, where and when it was reported, and the estimated delivery time.
What is an Uber Freight load ID?
It is the number Uber Freight (formerly Transplace) assigns to each load when it is booked, made of digits only. It is on your load confirmation.
Why does Uber Freight tracking show only one status?
Uber Freight's shipment status service returns the latest status reported for the load, not a full history. Check back later, or bookmark the result page, to see the next update.
Why is my Uber Freight load not found?
Check the number and that the matching reference type is selected. Uber Freight returns tracking only for loads on the account this tool uses, so a load booked under a different account will not be found here.
What does "Check call" mean?
A check call is an in-transit location update from the carrier hauling the load. The page shows the city and state it reported.
What time zone are Uber Freight times in?
Times are shown as the carrier reported them, in the local time of the place they were reported from.
Is this Uber Freight tracking tool free?
Yes. Tracking is free and needs no account or sign-up. The driver's name and phone number, the truck's exact position, equipment numbers and stop addresses are not shown.
