How to track a WARP shipment
- Find the tracking number on your WARP booking: an order number (P-…) or a shipment number (S-…).
- Enter it and select Track. Spaces before or after the number are ignored, and letters can be upper or lower case.
- Read the stage and the events, newest first.
- Bookmark the result page to check again later.

WARP tracking stages explained

Track WARP Freight shipments from your code
The same lookup is available as JSON through the FreightAPIs API on the Starter plan and up, with one status scale and event history shared by every carrier we track. One call per lookup; calls that cannot reach WARP Freight are not charged.

How do I track a WARP shipment?
Enter the WARP tracking number from your booking, such as P-131658-2618, and select Track. The page shows the current stage, the latest status and every event from the order to delivery.
What does a WARP tracking number look like?
WARP order numbers start with P- and shipment numbers with S-, followed by digits in two groups, for example P-131658-2618 or S-131665-2618. Either works here.
What is a WARP facility?
WARP moves much of its freight through its own cross-docks. A shipment is picked up, brought to a WARP facility, sorted and sent on to the consignee, so the timeline often shows "Arrived at WARP Facility" and "Received at WARP Facility".
Why does "Delivery Appointment Requested" appear several times?
WARP logs each attempt to book a delivery appointment with the consignee. Once the consignee agrees, "Delivery Appointment Confirmed" follows.
Why is my WARP shipment not found?
Check the number, including the P- or S- prefix and the dashes. WARP returns tracking only for shipments on the account this tool uses, so a shipment booked under a different WARP account will not be found here.
What time zone are WARP tracking times in?
WARP records event times in UTC, and this page shows them in UTC.
